Make sure not to inhale the powder, but gently sniff its soothing aroma. This will arouse memories of a happy childhood and will help stop the psychological effect of fear and anxiety. Other odors have a similar effect, depending on where you were born. It can be the smell of salt, barbecue, animals, or chocolate chip cookies from mom, depending on what scent is directly related to a happy childhood memory.
